Document Your Personal Property

Are you a homeowner? Here's a tip for you!

Document your possessions. Before you have a possible homeowners insurance claim, take photos or a video of your belongings. This way if you do have a fire or an event where you need to claim damages to the personal items in your house you can easily remember the personal belongings you had. It’s also a good idea to provide your insurance professional with a copy.
